Millet Manchurian Recipe – A Healthy & Delicious Twist:
Manchurian is one of the most loved Indo-Chinese dishes, but traditionally, it is made using maida (refined flour), which is unhealthy. Why not give it a nutritious twist? Instead of maida, I have used ragi (finger millet) to make a healthier and tastier version of Millet Manchurian. And trust me, it turned out yummy and delicious! If you’re looking for a gluten-free, fiber-rich, and protein-packed alternative to regular Manchurian, this recipe is for you! Let’s dive into the recipe.
Why Choose Ragi for Manchurian?
Ragi (finger millet) is a powerhouse of nutrition. It is:
1. Rich in fiber – Aids digestion and keeps you full for longer.
2. Packed with calcium – Strengthens bones and is great for growing kids.
3. Diabetes-friendly – Helps in managing blood sugar levels.
4. Gluten-free & gut-friendly – Perfect for those with gluten intolerance.
By using ragi flour instead of maida, you make this dish a nutritious indulgence without compromising on taste!
